Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de sélection de livres électroniques et un système de distribution de textes à des abonnés. Ledit système a trait à un dispositif de distribution sur demande et sur demande virtuelle de livres électroniques. Des livres électroniques spécifiques peuvent être diffusés à un ensemble d'abonnés. Selon une autre mode de réalisation, une première section des livres électroniques spécifiques peut être diffusée. Une seconde section de chacun des livres électroniques est alors disponible en vue d'une distribution ultérieure, sur demande d'un abonné. Les secondes sections, ainsi que les premières sections et les livres électroniques sur demande véritable peuvent être chargés sur au moins une file d'attente. Les files d'attente peuvent être déchargées en fonction d'un modèle de priorité. Des livres électroniques dans la file d'attente sur demande peuvent se voir attribuer la priorité de distribution sur des livres électroniques dans d'autres files d'attente.
