Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de régulation combiné permettant de produire des produits ayant certaines propriétés lors du laminage d'acier de qualité austénitique, mixte austénitique-ferritique et ferritique à l'aide d'un procédé de mesure permettant de déterminer la fente de laminage entre une paire de cylindres par détection de la position absolue des cylindres de travail ou d'appui, du côté opposé à la fente de laminage, à l'aide d'une mesure de position optique. La face supérieure du bord supérieur ou du bord inférieur du cylindre inférieur est détectée segment par segment sur la longueur de table par rapport à la position absolue des cylindres, mesurée à l'aide de capteurs juxtaposés le long des cylindres. Les résultats de cette mesure permettent un réglage adéquat qui détermine la géométrie de la fente de laminage et la géométrie du produit laminé par l'intermédiaire d'un modèle tenant compte non seulement des influences des systèmes de pliage et de réglage de cylindres mais aussi de la flexion des cylindres, de l'aplatissement entre les cylindres, de l'aplatissement entre cylindre de travail et produit laminé ainsi que de l'usure et du bombement thermique des cylindres. Ce réglage adéquat permet d'obtenir l'épaisseur absolue exigée ainsi que l'épaisseur de profil et les critères de planéité exigés.-
