Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE REGULAGEM COMBINADO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PROPRIEDADES DE PRODUTO DEFINIDAS, NA LAMINAçãO DE QUALIDADES DE AçO NA FAIXA AUSTENìTICA, MISTURA AUSTENìCA-FERRìTICA E FERRìTICA"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um sistema de regulagem combinado para a produção propriedades de produto definidas, na laminação de qualidades de aço na faixa austenítica, misturada austenítica-ferrítica e ferrítica, mediante emprego de um processo de mediação para a determinação da fenda de cilindro de um par de cilindros por meio da detecção da posição absoluta dos cilindros de trabalho ou de apoio sobre o lado afastado da fenda de cilindro por meio de uma medição de posição óptica. Neste caso, em relação à posição absoluta medida dos cilindros, por meio de sensores dispostos lado a lado ao longo do cilindro, o canto superior ou o canto inferior do cilindro inferior, respectivamente, sobre o comprimento de balote, é detectado por segmentos. Os resultados de medição, através de um modelo, o qual, além das influências dos sistemas de ajuste de flexão e de cilindro, considera as deformações por flexão dos cilindros, os achatamentos entre cilindros de trabalho, o achatamento entre o cilindro de trabalho e o material de laminação, bem como o desgaste e o abaulamento térmico dos cilindros, entram em uma regulagem apropriada, que influencia a geometria de fenda de cilindro e de material de laminação, que realiza, além da espessura absoluta exigida, o perfil de espessura exigido e os critérios de planura.
