Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de características definidas del producto, al laminar calidades de acero en la zona austenítica, mixta austenítica - ferrítica y ferrítica, aplicando un procedimiento de medición para la determinación de la abertura entre cilindros de un par de cilindros de trabajo mediante el registro de la posición absoluta de los cilindros de apoyo o de trabajo en el lado más alejado respectivamente de la abertura entre cilindros mediante medición óptica de la posición, caracterizado porque con relación a la posición absoluta medida de los cilindros, mediante sensores dispuestos unos junto a otros a lo largo del cilindro, se registra por sectores la arista superior del cilindro superior, o la arista inferior del cilindro inferior, en cada caso a lo largo de la longitud de la tabla; los resultados de la medición intervienen en un ajuste apropiados para influir la geometría de la abertura entre cilindros y del producto a laminar, mediante un modelo que tiene en cuenta, junto a las influencias de los sistemas de ajuste de la flexión y de los cilindros, las flexiones de los cilindros, los aplanamientos entre los cilindros, el aplanamiento entre cilindro de trabajo y producto a laminar, así como el desgaste y el abombamiento térmico de los cilindros, cuyo ajuste proporciona, junto al espesor absoluto exigido, el perfil del espesor y los criterios de planeidad.
