Abstract

La présente invention concerne un broyeur de solides, éventuellement contenus dans des liquides, et qui comporte plusieurs étages de broyage. Un disque plat en rotation (22) est équipé de couteaux (28) d'un côté et de marteaux (30) de l'autre côté, ces éléments étant disposés sur le périphérie du disque. Le disque (22) est en rotation dans une chambre pourvue d'un tamis (16) et dans laquelle on introduit les solides à broyer ou les liquides les contenant. Les produits broyés, ou la boue contenant les solides désintégrés, passent par le tamis (20) avant l'évacuation. L'utilisation d'un disque et d'éléments de broyage réduit le couple requis, ce qui permet d'améliorer le rendement énergétique du broyeur et d'en améliorer le rendement global.
