Abstract

L'invention concerne une gélule (10) réalisée en un produit tel que la gélatine, l'amidon ou un polymère hydrophile. Cette gélule constitue un système d'administration où la composante active du point de vue pharmacologique est placée dans trois compartiments séparés ou davantage. Lorsque la gélule comprend trois compartiments, le compartiment externe (12) est constitué par une couche externe formant un revêtement sur la gélule et contenant un médicament et des excipients. Cette couche permet une libération rapide du médicament. Le compartiment intermédiaire (11) contient une poudre constituée d'un médicament et d'excipients, qui représente la partie du système assurant une libération à une vitesse intermédiaire. Le compartiment le plus interne contient le ou les ingrédients actifs sous une forme multiparticulaire, par exemple de petits granulés (14), et il représente la partie du système assurant une libération lente.
