Abstract

Procédé de formage d'un récipient en carton ondulé et récipient ainsi produit, ce dernier comprenant une première couche de carton plat à laquelle est fixée une seconde couche de carton profilé. Ladite couche de carton profilé comprend une pluralité de cannelures dont chacune présente une première et une seconde extrémités, la pente de la cannelure étant sensiblement verticale au point médian entre lesdites extrémités. Ce procédé de formage consiste à placer le carton ondulé dans un outil d'estampage, qui comprend un poinçon et une cavité femelle de la forme que doit adopter le carton; à comprimer le carton entre le poinçon et la cavité afin d'y appliquer une pression; à appliquer de la chaleur au carton simultanément avec l'application de la pression; et à enlever le poinçon de la cavité.
