Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un élément de fermeture (3) dit à ouverture contrôlée d'une boîte notamment métallique (1) à partir d'un flan de tôle, caractérisé en ce que l'on emboutit le flan de tôle pour former une zone bombée, on forme à partir de cette zone bombée une petite zone galbée et on effectue au niveau de cette zone galbée une découpe pour réaliser un orifice (5) comportant une jupe périphérique (10c), on élargit une partie de la jupe périphérique (10c), et on sertit sur l'orifice (5) un opercule amovible (4) en formant un bord de sertissage (10e) constitué
par la jupe périphérique (10c).
