Abstract
Un procédé automatique d'usinage par rectification, après étalonnage du palpeur de mesure, mesure du positionnement de la pièce et orientation angulaire de la pièce comporte l'usinage par rectification à la meule de forme de cannelures ou dentures d'une pièce puis, après nettoyage et contrôle des cannelures ou dentures, une opération réalisant le profil de la meule sur un clinquant monté sur la machine, sous forme d'empreinte et une opération de contrôle du contour de l'empreinte obtenue et traitement des données obtenues pour terminer par un affûtage automatique de la meule. La machine permettant la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé est également décrite, comportant notamment la tête de contrôle de l'empreinte de meule sur le clinquant.
