Abstract
PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM CABO METÁLICO COM TRÊS CAMADAS CONCÊNTRICAS DO TIPO EMBORRACHADO IN SITU,E, DISPOSITIVO DE MONTAGEM E DE EMBORRACHAMENTO EM LINHA Processo de fabricação de um cabo metálico com três camadas concêntricas (C1, C2, C3), do tipo emborrachado in situ, ou seja, durante a sua fabricação, comportando uma primeira camada interna ou núcleo (C1) em torno do qual são enrolados juntos em hélice ao longo de um passo p2, em uma segunda camada intermediária (C2), N fios de diâmetro d2, N variando de (3) a (12), segunda camada em torno da qual são enrolados juntos em hélice ao longo de um passo p3, em uma terceira camada externa (C3), P fios de diâmetro d3, P variando de (8) a (20), o referido processo comportando as etapas seguintes: - uma etapa de embainhamento do núcleo (C1) por uma composição de borracha dita "goma de enchimento", no estado não reticulado; - uma etapa de montagem por retorção dos N fios da segunda camada (C2) em torno do núcleo (C1) assim revestido com bainha, para formação em um ponto, dito "ponto de montagem" de um cabo intermediário dito "cordão de alma" (C1+C2); uma etapa de montagem por retorção do P fios da terceira camada (C3) em torno do cordão de alma (C1+C2); uma etapa de equilíbrio final das torções. Dispositivo para a realização de tal processo.
