Abstract
PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM CABO METÁLICO COM DUAS CAMADAS E DISPOSITIVO DE REUNIÃO E GOMAGEM EM LINHA, UTILIZÁVEL PARA A EXECUÇÃO DO PROCESSO. Processo de fabricação de um cabo metálico com duas camadas (Ci, Ce), de construção M+N, comportando uma camada interna (Ci) constituída de M fios de diâmetro dl enrolados juntos em hélice segundo um passo pi, M variando de 2 a 4, e uma camada externa (Ce) de N fios de diâmetro d2 enrolados juntos em hélice segundo um passo 132 em tomo da camada interna (Ci), o referido processo comportando pelo menos as seguintes etapas operadas em linha: - uma etapa de reunião por retorcimento de M fios de alma, para formação da camada interna (Ci) em um ponto de reunião; - a jusante do referido ponto de reunião de M fios de alma, uma etapa de embainhamento da camada interna (Ci) por uma composição de borracha diênica dita "goma de preenchimento" ao estado cru; - uma etapa de reunião por retorcimento de N fios da camada externa (Ce) em torno da camada interna (Ci) assim embainhada; - uma etapa de balanceamento final das torções. Dispositivo para a execução de tal processo.
