Abstract

embalagem em atmosfera modificada para aumento da vida-de-prateleira de fungos. a presente invenção refere-se a um método de embalagem para aumento da vida-de-prateleira de esporos de fungos, aos esporos de fungos obtidos por tal método e à embalagem que contém tais esporos. o método de embalagem compreende as etapas de redução atividade de água dos esporos para uma faixa de atividade de água viável aos organismos, envase dos esporos em embalagens impermeáveis a gases e vapor d'água contendo sachês que promovam atmosfera de baixa atividade de água e baixo teor de oxigênio absorvedores de oxigênio e de umidade e manutenção dos esporos na embalagem durante algum tempo em temperatura viável aos organismos.
