Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método de envasado para incrementar el tiempo de almacenamiento de las esporas fúngicas y para el envasado que contiene tales esporas. El método de envasado comprende los pasos de presecar las esporas a un intervalo de actividad acuosa viable para los hongos de interés, seguido de envasar las esporas en un envasado impermeable al gas y vapor de agua por medio del uso de sacos, proporcionando así una atmósfera de humedad relativa baja y un contenido de oxígeno bajo, seguido de mantener las esporas en el envasado durante un cierto periodo de tiempo a la temperatura adecuada para las esporas antes de la exposición de las mismas a altas temperatura.
