Abstract
estrutura em espuma contendo prata. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a produção de uma estrutura em espuma de poliuretana hidrofílica contendo um sal de prata, escolhido do grupo consistindo em salfato de prata, citrato de, acetato de prata, carbonato de prata, lactato de prata e fosfato de prata, ou uma mistura destes sais. o método compreendendo as etapas de (a) provimento de uma fase aquosa contendo um surfactante, e pelo menos um sal de prata, onde o pelo menos um sal de prata é disperso na fase aquosa; (b) provimento de um poliéter terminado em isocianato apresentando funcionalidade de mais de 2; (c) mistura da dita fase aquosa com o dito poliéter terminado em isocianato, transferindo-se imediatamente a mistura resultante para um molde, pelo que é obtida a estrutura em espuma; e (d) secagem da dita estrutura em espuma até que seu teor de umidade seja de no máximo 10% (em peso). a invenção provê também uma estrutura em espuma de poliuretana produzida pelo método e um curativo contendo a estrutura em espuma.
