Abstract
COMPOSTO, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇçO DO MESMO, COMPOSIÇçO FARMACÊUTICA, AGENTE ANTIMICROBIANO, AGENTE ANTI-MRSA, MÉTODO PARA A PREVENÇçO OU O TRATAMENTO DE UMA DOENÇA INFECCIOSA, E, USO DO COMPOSTO São expostos: um novo antibiótico de aminoglicosídeo, que possui uma excelente atividade antibacteriana contra bactérias, que induzem doenças infecciosas, em particular MRSA, e também que apresenta uma baixa toxicidade renal; e um processo para a produção do antibiótico. De um modo mais específico, são expostos: um composto representado pela fórmula (Ia) ou um sal farmacologicamente aceitável ou solvato do mesmo, ou uma mistura diastereomérica do composto, o sal ou o solvato; um agente antibacteriano, que compreende o composto, o sal, o solvato ou a mistura diastomérica; e um processo para a produção do composto.
