Abstract

PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE ELEMENTO DE ESTRUTURA PARA CONSTRUçãO AERONáUTICA, COMPREENDENDO MARTELAGEM A FRIO DIFERENCIAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de um produto corroido ou de um elemento de estrutura multifuncional monolítica em liga de alumínio compreendendo uma etapa de transformação a quente, caracterizado pelo fato de que, posteriormente à transformação a quente, compreende também pelo menos uma etapa de transformação por deformação plástica a frio, na qual se impõem em pelo menos duas zoias desse elemento de estrutura de deformações plásticas generalizadas medianas diferentes de pelo menos 2%, e preferencialmente, diferentes de pelo menos 3%. A invenção permite a fabricação de elementos de estrutura notadamente úteis para a construção aeronáutica, apresentando propriedades de emprego variáveis no espaço, apresentando características geométricas idênticas àquelas dos elementos atuais. O processo, de acordo com a invenção, é económico e controlável, e permite notadamente fazer variar propriedades de emprego para peças que não sofrem revenido.
