MéTODO PARA IDENTIFICAR UM NUCLEOTìDEO INDIVIDUAL, MéTODO PARA SEQUENCIAR UMA SEQUêNCIA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO ALVO, E, KIT PARA SEQUENCIAR UM áCIDO NUCLEICO. A invenção refere-se a um método de identificação de um nucleotídeo individual, compreendendo (a) contatar o nueleotídeo com um poro de proteína de transmembrana de modo que o nucleotídeo interaja com o poro e (b) medir a corrente passando através do poro durante a interação e deste modo determinar a identidade do nucleotídeo. A invenção também se refere a um método de seqilenciamento de sequências de ácido nucleico e aos kits relacionados com o mesmo.
