Abstract
LAJE DE CONCRETO PARA CALÇAMENTO EM RUAS, MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR CALÇAMENTOS DE LAJES DE CONCRETO. Os sistemas de pavimentação tradicionais empregados até agora, consideram a largura das lajes de calçamento igual a uma largura de faixa e a dimensão longa igual à largura de faixa ou 6 metros de comprimento. Essas dimensões fazem com que as cargas de veículos, e especialmente o caminhão com carga, apliquem as cargas nas duas bordas simuitaneamente, induzindo esforços de tração nas superfícies de lajes quando são deformadas. A presente invenção propõe construir uma laje de concreto onde o valor de largura máxima de laje Dx está sendo dado pela medição mais baixa entre a distância Dl das rodas dianteiras de um caminhão de carga modelo ou pela média, e a distância D2 de um sistema de tração traseira do mesmo caminhão ou a média; o comprimento máximo de laje L édado pela distância entre os eixos do caminhão ou a média; e a espessura E é dada pelo valor de resistência de concreto, considerando cargas de tráfego, tipo e qualidade da base, e o tipo de solo. A presente invenção compreende a metodologia de desenho dessa laje de concreto, que permite que sempre somente uma roda ou somente um sistema de tração do caminhão, utilizado como um caminhão modelo ou média, toque e se mova sobre a laje.
