Abstract
dispositivo de imunoensaio e método para imobilizar cardiolipina imunorreativa. a presente invenção refere-se a composições, métodos e dispositivos para a detecção de anticorpos antilipoidais e o diagnóstico de doença, por exemplo, sífilis que são descritos. em particular, é descrito um método para imobilizar um antígeno lipoidal, compreendendo cardiolipina, lecitina, e colesterol, sobre um suporte sólido (tal como uma membrana de nitrocelulose). a capacidade para imobilizar um antígeno lipoidal sobre uma membrana satisfaz a necessidade há muito tempo existente de teste à base de membrana para a detecção de anticorpos antilipoidais. também são descritos dispositivos de imunoensaio para realizar simultaneamente testes treponemais e não treponemais para sífilis.
