Abstract
Tecidos para fabricação de papel com revestimento de nano-particula resistente a contaminadores, e método de aplicação in situ, onde um tecido para fabricação de papel é tratado pela aplicação de um revestimento do tipo de nano-partícula para melhorar sua resistência à contaminação por matéria estranha no sistema de fabricação de papel; o revestimento é aplicado durante a fabricação do tecido e curado durante a aplicação de calor; alternativamente o revestimento é aplicado ou renovado pela utilização de um chuveiro existente, ou dispondo um lançador de pulverizado, ou outro dispositivo de aplicação de revestimento adequado, na seção do secador, para aplicar o revestimento no tecido de uma maneira uniforme, controlada; antes da aplicação do revestimento o tecido é, primeiro, completamente limpo tanto por chuveiro como por borrifo, e então seco; seguindo a aplicação controlada do revestimento, qualquer excesso de material é removido por um meio adequado, tal como por vácuo, e o revestimento restante sobre o tecido é então curado, tanto pela utilização de calor ambiente da seção de secagem como por um banco portátil de aquecedores; desta maneira, o tecido não tem que ser removido da máquina para aplicar ou renovar o material resistente aos contaminadores.
