Abstract

FIBRAS CERáMICAS COMPOSITAS OCAS, MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO E USO DAS MESMAS. A presente invenção refere-se a compósitos compreendendo pelo menos uma fibra oca de material cerâmico transportador de oxigênio, que é um material cerâmico que conduza ânions de oxigênio e elétrons ou uma combinação de um material cerâmico que conduza ânions de oxigênio e um material cerâmico ou não cerâmico que conduza elétrons, com a superfície externa da fibra oca estando em contato com a superfície externa da mesma fibra oca ou de outra fibra oca, e os pontos de contato sendo unidos por sinterização. Compósitos adicionais compreendem pelo menos uma fibra oca de material cerâmico transportador de oxigênio, que é um material cerâmico que conduza ânions de oxigênio e elétrons ou uma combinação de um material cerâmico que conduza ânions de oxigênio e um material cerâmico ou não cerâmico que conduza elétrons, e um elemento de conexão para a introdução ou descarga de fluidos em pelo menos uma face de extremidade, com as fibras ocas e o elemento de conexão estando unidos. Os compósitos podem ser usados para isolamento de oxigênio de misturas de gases contendo oxigênio ou para a realização de reações de oxidação.
