Abstract

"ESTRUTURA RETENTORA PARA PARAFUSO DE MONTAGEM". A presente invenção refere-se a fornecer uma estrutura retentora para parafuso de montagem que possa impedir que um parafuso de montagem caia a partir de um componente e possa também impedir a interferência do parafuso de montagem com qualquer outro componente relacionado. Em uma porção de fixação (45) para fixar uma porção de retenção superior (70) e uma porção de retenção inferior (73) por meio de um parafuso de montagem (48), a porção de retenção superior (70) tem um furo para parafuso (71) e uma guia cilíndrica formada ao redor e acima do furo para parafuso (71). Ainda mais, uma projeção (72) é formada na parede interna da guia cilíndrica em uma sua porção superior. Em uma condição afrouxada do parafuso de montagem (48), onde ele está desengatado de um furo para parafuso (74), a porção cabeça do parafuso de montagem (48) é apanhada para ser retida pela projeção (72). A porção superior da guia cilíndrica é conificada, de modo que ela tem um diâmetro interno menor que o diâmetro da porção cabeça do parafuso de montagem (48). Conseqüentemente, mesmo quando a porção de retenção superior (70) é virada de cabeça para baixo na condição afrouxada do parafuso de montagem (48), o parafuso de montagem (48) não cai da porção de retenção superior (70). Além disso, a quantidade de projeção de uma porção extrema inferior (48a) é pequena, de modo que a porção de retenção superior (70) pode ser movida sem a interferência da porção extrema inferior (48a) com qualquer outro componente relacionado. Esta estrutura retentora é adequada para fixação de uma cobertura para uma caixa de filtro de ar cujo espaço de instalação é estreito.
