Abstract

"RODA DENTADA PARA BICICLETA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma roda dentada para bicicleta que assegurar que o peso pode ser reduzido e que a perda de força de fixação resultante de deterioração ou deformação da resina sintética pode ser impedida, tendo uma parte de fixação feita de uma resina sintética. Uma roda dentada para bicicleta 71 é uma roda dentada montada em uma unidade de montagem de roda dentada 76 de um pedivela de engrenagem 51 de uma bicicleta, com uma corrente enrolada em torno da periferia externa e compreende uma parte de anel de roda dentada 90 e uma parte de fixação 91. A parte de anel de roda dentada 90 é feita de metal e inclui uma parte de anel 92 em que os dentes de roda dentada 92a são formados com uma corrente enrolada em torno da periferia externa, partes de fixação internas 93 dispostas no lado periférico interno da parte de anel 92 e presas à unidade de montagem de roda dentada 76 e partes de conexão 94 para conectar as partes de fixação internas 93 à parte de anel 92. A parte de fixação 91 é feita de resina sintética e é moldada integralmente em ambos os lados da parte de anel de roda dentada 90 de modo a cobrir pelo menos uma porção das partes de conexão 94 e as partes de fixação internas 93 e a porção periférica da parte de anel 92 localizada no interior, em relação aos dentes de roda dentada 92a.
