Abstract
APARELHO DE EVAPORAçãO CONTìNUA INDUSTRIAL. é um objeto da presente invenção, no caso de um aparelho em que um líquido contendo material tendo um ponto de ebulição menor do que o do líquido é levado a fluir descendentemente ao longo de superficies externas de guias, durante este tempo o material de ponto de ebulição baixo é evaporado, de modo a proporcionar um aparelho específico que pode ser operado de modo estável durante um período de tempo prolongado em uma escala industrial de modo que não menos que 1 tonelada/hora de líquido é produzida através da evaporação e, além disso, para proporcionar um aparelho de evaporação industrial específico, de acordo com o qual não ocorrem problemas devido à degeneração causada por alguma parte do líquido residindo no aparelho durante um período de tempo prolongado. O presentes inventores chegaram à presente invenção quando descobriram que o objeto acima poderia ser atingido, e que um líquido concentrado ou polimero de condensação ou polímero termoplástico, de qualidade elevada e pureza elevada, poderia ser facilmente obtido, por uso de um aparelho de evaporação contínua industrial tendo uma estrutura especificada em que se tem guias que não tem, elas mesmas, uma fonte de calor, um membro de controle de trajeto de fluxo, tendo uma função de levar o líquido alimentado sobre uma placa perfurada, a partir de uma abertura de recepção dc líquido, a fluir principalmente a partir de uma porção periférica em direção a uma porção central da placa perfurada, é instalado em uma zona de alimentação de líquido, a placa perfurada e os furos na mesma correspondem às relações especificadas nas (fórmulas (6) e (7)), e as fórmulas (1) a (5), preferivelmente fórmulas (1) a (13), ou preferivelmente fórmulas (1) a (15), são atendidas.
