Abstract

<B>MéTODO PARA A PREVENçãO DE POLIMERIZAçãO EM DISPOSITIVO EVAPORADOR DO TIPO PELìCULA FINA<D> é fornecido um método para impedir que uma substância facilmente polimerizável seja polimerizada em um dispositivo evaporador do tipo película fina através do fornecimento de uma solução da substância para a superfície de aquecimento do evaporador do dispositivo pela força centrífuga de um eixo rotativo agitador, caracterizado pela mistura de um vapor destilado da substância com um gás contendo oxigênio molecular e fornecendo o líquido extraído ou uma solução tendo viscosidade inferior a do líquido extraído para uma entrada de matéria-prima de alimentação assim ajustando a quantidade de um líquido umedecedor por comprimento unitário da superfície na faixa de 0,02 a 2 m^ 3^/mh. Na evaporação da substância pelo uso do dispositivo, é fornecido um método para impedir que a susbtância polimerize.
