Abstract

APARELHO DE EVAPORAÇçO INDUSTRIAL. É um objeto da presente invenção, no caso de um aparelho em que material contendo líquido, tendo ponto de ebulição menor do que o do líquido, é levado a fluir descendentemente ao longo de uma superficie externa de uma guia, durante este tempo o material de ponto de ebulição menor é evaporado, prover um aparelho específico que pode ser operado de modo estável durante um período de tempo prolongado em uma escala industrial, de modo que não menos que 1 t/hora do liquido é submetida à evaporação e, além disso, prover um aparelho de evaporação industrial específico em que não se tem problemas devido à degeneração causada por algum do líquido residindo no aparelho durante um período de tempo prolongado. Os presentes inventores realizaram a invenção quando descobriram que o objeto acima poderia ser atingido, e líquido concentrado ou polímero de condensação ou polímero termoplástico, de qualidade elevada e pureza elevada, poderia ser facilmente obtido, usando um aparelho de evaporação industrial tendo uma estrutura especificada em que são dispostas guias que não têm, elas mesmas, uma fonte de calor, um membro de controle de trajeto de fluxo tendo por função levar o líquido alimentado sobre uma placa perfurada de uma abertura de recepção de líquido a fluir principalmente a partir da porção periférica em direção a uma porção do meio da placa perfurada é provido em uma zona de alimentação de líquido, a relação do volume V (mü) do espaço em que o líquido pode estar presente na zona de alimentação de líquido do fundo da abertura de recepção de líquido (isto é, a junção entre a abertura de recepção de líquido e uma parede interna de topo da zona de alimentação de líquido) para uma superficie superior da placa perfurada, e a área de superficie superior T (m²) da placa perfurada incluindo a área de superficie superior dos furos na mesma, isto é,o valor de Vil', está em uma faixa especificada (fámuila(6)), e fónnulas (1)a(5)ou(1)a(11)ou(1)a(13)são atendidas.
