Abstract

Целью настоящего изобретения в случае аппарата, в котором жидкость, содержащая материал, имеющий более низкую точку кипения, чем жидкость, стекает вниз по наружной поверхности направляющего устройства, в котором материал с более низкой точкой кипения выпаривается, является создание специального аппарата, который может работать стабильно в течение длительного периода времени на промышленном уровне, так что не менее 1 т/ч жидкости производится за счет выпаривания, и, кроме того, создание специального промышленного выпарного аппарата, в котором отсутствуют проблемы в результате деструкции, вызванной тем, что часть жидкости остается в аппарате в течение длительного периода времени. При этом указанные цели достигаются и высококачественная и высокой чистоты концентрированная жидкость или конденсационный полимер или термопластичный полимер получаются при использовании промышленного выпарного аппарата, имеющего специальную конструкцию, в которой имеются направляющие устройства, которые сами не имеют источника тепла, элемент регулирования пути потока, имеющий функцию подачи жидкости на перфорированную плиту из окна приема жидкости, текущей, главным образом, от периферийной части к центральной части перфорированной плиты, устанавливается в зоне подачи жидкости, перфорированная плита и отверстия в ней соответствуют определенным соотношениям (формула 7), и выполняются условия формул 1-5, предпочтительно формул 1-13 или предпочтительно формул 1-15.
