Abstract
a invenção revela um método para a pervaporação e separação de permeação de vapor de uma mistura de gás-líquido/mistura líquida por uma membrana de peneira molecular sapo-34 de troca de íon, referido método compreendendo as seguintes etapas: 1) síntese de sementes de peneira molecular sapo-34; 2) revestimento das sementes de peneira molecular sapo-34 na superfície interna de um suporte poroso; 3) síntese de uma membrana de peneira molecular sapo-34; 4) realização de troca de íon e calcinação; 5) uso da membrana de peneira molecular sapo-34 de troca de íon obtida na etapa 4) para realizar a separação de uma mistura de gás-líquido ou de uma mistura líquida, por um processo de separação de pervaporação ou separação de permeação de vapor. o presente método para separação de membrana de metanol-dimetil carbonato tem vantagens similares a baixo consumo de energia, não sendo limitado por mistura azeotrópica, alto fluxo de metanol e altos fatores de separação e, desse modo, tem grande valor econômico.
