Abstract
a invenção revela um método para a pervaporação e separação de permeação de vapor de uma mistura de gás-líquido, ou de uma mistura líquida por uma membrana de peneira molecular sapo-34 preparada em um processo de gel seco, compreendendo: 1) síntese de sementes de peneira molecular sapo-34; 2) revestimento das sementes sapo-34 em um suporte poroso; 3) preparação de um licor mãe para síntese de gel seca da membrana de peneira molecular sapo-34; 4) suporte do licor mãe para síntese de gel seca no suporte poroso revestido com sementes de peneira molecular sapo e secagem; 5) colocação do suporte poroso preparado na etapa 4) em um vaso de reação, adição de um solvente, realização de cristalização do gel seco; 6) calcinação; 7) uso da membrana de peneira molecular sapo-34 obtida da etapa 6) para realizar separação de uma mistura de gás-líquido, ou de uma mistura líquida, por um processo de separação de pervaporação ou separação de permeação de vapor. a invenção tem as vantagens de seletividade de metanol muito alta, e fluxo de permeação, abaixando o custo da síntese da membrana de peneira molecular, e abaixando a poluição ambiental.
