Abstract

PROCESSOS PARA A FABRICAçãO DE 1,2-DICLOROETANO E PARA A FABRICAçãO DE CLORETO DE VINILA. Processo para a fabricação de 1 ,2-dicloroetano começando com uma fonte de hidrocarboneto de acordo com que: a) a fonte de hidrocarboneto é submetida ao craqueamento que produz uma mistura de produtos contendo etileno e outros constituintes; b) a dita mistura de produtos é separado em pelo menos uma fração contendo etileno e em uma fração pesada (fração C); c) a fração ou frações contendo etileno são conduzidas a um reator de cloração ou a um reator de oxicloração, em que, nos reatores, a maioria do etileno presente é convertido a 1 ,2-dicloroetano; d) o 1,2-diclorometano obtido é separado das correntes de produtos derivados dos reatores de cloração e de oxicloração e é conduzida ao forno de pirólise e e) a fração C é conduzida para o craqueamento ou ao forno de pirólise de 1,2-dicloroetano como combustível.
