Abstract

processo de craqueamento térmico e instalação para óleo pesado de petróleo. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para craqueamento térmico de óleo pesado de petróleo, em que quando uma instalação de craqueamento térmico que tem um forno de craquea-mento, dois ou mais trens que compreendem dois vasos de reação e uma torre de destilação é operada, cada trem é operado repetindo-se um ciclo que compreende o desenho do óleo pesado de petróleo a partir do forno de craqueamento que alimenta o óleo pesado de petróleo extraído no primeiro vaso e reação e, então que alimenta o óleo pesado de petróleo extraído no segundo vaso de reação, o vapor é colocado diretamente em contato com o óleo pesado de petróleo a ser termicamente craqueado e as substâncias craqueadas gasosas produzidas e vapor são introduzi-dos na torre de destilação para serem destilados e separados, sendo que o atraso de fase é pro-porcionado para o ciclo repetido em cada trem, de modo que a instalação de craqueamento tér-mico seja operada com o tempo de iniciação diferente da alimentação no primeiro vaso de reação em cada trem. de acordo com a presente invenção, a instabilidade da quantidade de fluxo de entrada das substâncias gasosas na torre de destilação é aperfeiçoada e o aperfeiçoamento do desempenho de separação, o aumento da capacidade de processamento da instalação e simila-res podem ser obtidos.
