Abstract

MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA PRODUZIR MOLDAGENS COMPOSTAS DE FIBRA POR MEIO DE INFUSçO A VÁCUO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e método de produzir moldagens compostas de fibras por meio da aplicação de infusão a vácuo em um molde com uma cavidade de molde, uma pluralidade de canais de entrada (3, 21, 22) se comunicando com a cavidade de molde e uma fonte de polímero (7) com o polímero líquido, uma pluralidade de canais de vácuo (2) se comunicando com a cavidade de molde e uma fonte de vácuo (10), onde o material de fibra (14) é inserido na cavidade de molde antes do processo de enchimento do dito molde, e onde uma pressão negativa é gerada nos canais de vácuo (2) e, portanto, na cavidade de molde com o conseqúente arrasto do polímero líquido a partir da fonte de polímero (7) através dos canais de entrada (3, 21, 22) para a cavidade de molde. Um ou mais dos canais de entrada (3, 21, 22) podem também se comunicar com uma fonte de vácuo, e/ou um ou mais dos canais de vácuo (2) podem também ser comunicar com uma fonte de polímero (7).
