Abstract

MéTODO PARA O SUPRIMENTO DE óLEO DE LUBRIFICAçãO NA LAMINAçãO A FRIO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para suprir lubrificante para vários tipos de lâminas de aço com qualidades diferentes na laminação a frio sem quaisquer restrições, tais como aparelho de suprimento do lubrificante ou condições de lubrificação. Esse método compreende armazenar dois ou mais tipos de lubrificante tais como A e B, tendo composições diferentes, selecionar um lubrificante ou uma mistura de lubrificante dos A e B acima de acordo com o coeficiente de atrito entre a lâmina de aço a ser laminada a frio e os rolos de trabalho e suprir uma emulsão compreendendo uma mistura do lubrificante A e/ou B e água aquecida.
