Abstract

REAGENTES E MéTODOS PARA REPRODUTIBILIDADE APERFEIçOADA E REDUçãO DE INICIAçãO ERRÈNEA EM AMPLIFICAçãO POR PCR. Um aditivo para prevenção de iniciação errónea em amplificações por reação em cadeia de polimerase (PCR) e ensaios compreendendo um oligonucleotídeo de hairpin tendo uma dupla de tronco maior do que seis nucleotídeos de comprimento e um término de tronco estabilizado. O aditivo melhora as amplificações por PCR, incluindo amplificações por LATE-PCR, quando adicionado às misturas de reação de amplificação iniciais. Ele pode ser incluído em conjuntos de oligonucleotídeo e em kits para amplificação e ensaios por PCR.
