Abstract
EQUIPAMENTO E MéTODO PARA A GERAçãO DE UMA SEQüêNCIA DE VìDEO CODIFICADO USANDO UMA PREDIçãO DE DADOS DE MOVIMENTO DE CAMADA INTERMEDIáRIA. Na codificação escalável de vídeo em conjunto com compensação de movimentos (1006, 1014) ambas em uma camada de base (1002) e em uma camada de realce, é feita uma predição (1014, 1016) dos dados de movimentos da camada de realce (1004) usando os dados de movimentos da camada de base (1004) para obter um conceito de escalabilidade, que proporciona, por um lado, uma flexibilidade máxima para o cálculo dos dados de movimentos das diferentes camadas e, por outro lado, admite uma menor taxa de dados.
