Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA CARGA DE ALIMENTAçãO PRé-TRATADA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir uma carga de alimentação pré-tratada é fornecido. A carga de alimentação é selecionada de gramas, palhas de cereal, forragem e suas combinações, e menos de cerca de 80% da carga de alimentação têm um comprimento de partícula de entre cerca de 2 cm e cerca de 40 cm. Este processo compreende molhar a carga de alimentação em líquido, comprimir a carga de alimentação molhada através de uma prensa a rolo ou uma série de prensas a rolo para remover pelo menos uma porção de água e substâncias solúveis da carga de alimentação molhada e cisalhar a carga de alimentação para produzir partículas da carga de alimentação de um tamanho adequado para bombear a uma concentração de sólidos de cerca de 8% a cerca de 20% quando empastada.
