Abstract

Procedimiento para el aprovechamiento integrado de los contenidos energéticos y materiales de disoluciones y sólidos que resultan en la hidrólisis enzimática de materias primas renovables con contenido en almidón, que comprende: a) la preparación, mediante hidrólisis enzimática, de una mezcla de hidrólisis acuosa que contiene al menos una fuente de carbono aprovechable por el microorganismo empleado para la preparación de un aminoácido proteinogénico, a base de materias primas renovables, b) el uso de esta mezcla acuosa como fuente de carbono en la preparación de aminoácidos proteinogénicos mediante fermentación, en donde c) antes de la etapa b) se separan los componentes sólidos de la mezcla de hidrólisis que resulta en la etapa a), y d) los componentes sólidos de la mezcla de hidrólisis que resulta en la etapa a) y la biomasa que resulta en la fermentación en la etapa b) se someten a una co-fermentación anaerobia para la preparación de biogás, en donde el biogás resultante se recoge, se calcina y se transforma en energía calorífica y/o eléctrica y se emplea en una o varias etapas del procedimiento del proceso.
