Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Procedimiento para preparar biobutanol a partir de materias primas vegetales que comprende al menos las etapas de: a) transformacion de las materias primas vegetales en una fraccion rica en glucosa, que comprende azucares aprovechables, b) transformacion al menos parcial de los azucares aprovechables contenidos en la fraccion rica en glucosa en biobutanol por medio de microorganismos a través de una fermentacion, c) separacion de los microorganismos obteniendo un producto de fermentacion que comprende biobutanol y una solucion de biomasa que comprende los microorganismos, así como eventualmente al menos retorno parcial de la solucion de biomasa a la fermentacion y/o a la mezcla de las materias primas vegetales trituradas de acuerdo con la etapa ab), d) separacion de al menos una parte del biobutanol contenido en el producto de fermentacion por medio de una osmosis inversa, así como eventualmente al menos retorno parcial del producto de fermentacion residual obtenido de la etapa d) a la transformacion por medio de una fermentacion, e) eventualmente, posterior tratamiento de la solucion de biobutanol obtenida de la etapa d) por osmosis inversa, caracterizado porque la transformacion de las materias primas vegetales en una fraccion rica en glucosa que contiene azucares aprovechables, de acuerdo con a), comprende al menos las etapas de aa) trituracion de las materias primas vegetales, ab) mezcla de las materias primas vegetales trituradas de aa) con agua, obteniendo un caldo, ac) eventualmente, separacion de sustancias disueltas y/o dispersas no fermentables del caldo y secado de las sustancias disueltas y/o dispersas no fermentables, ad) tratamiento del caldo en medio acuoso con al menos una enzima para la disociacion de poliazucares, ae) separacion de la fraccion de sustancia solida residual segun ad), obteniendo la fraccion rica en glucosa, que contiene azucares aprovechables.
