Abstract
COMPLEXO DE TECNéCIO, CONJUGADO QUELADOR, RADIOFáRMACO, KIT PARA A PREPARAçãO DO RADIOFáRMACO, E, COMPOSTO A presente invenção fornece conjugados queladores de tetra-amina com porções alvejantes biológicas, ligadas por intermédio de um grupo de ligador e seus complexos de tecnécio como radiofármacos. O grupo ligador é tal que o quelador é mono-funcionalizado na posição de cabeça de ponte e fornece tanto flexibilidade quanto falta ou grupos arila, para minimizar a lipofilicidade e carga estérica. As versões protegidas dos queladores são fornecidas, permitindo a conjugação com uma ampla faixa de moléculas alvejantes sem interferir nas reações com os amino nitrogênios do quelador de tetra-amina. A síntese dos queladores funcionalizados é descrita, junto com precursores quelados bifuncionais. As composições radiofarmacêuticas que compreendem os complexos metálicos de tecnécio da invenção são descritos, junto com kits não radioativos para a preparação de tais radiofármacos.
