Abstract
MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM FERTILIZANTE CONTENDO URéIA E SULFATO DE AMÈNIO. Método para a produção de fertilizantes de sulfato de amónio uréia sólido (UAS) a partir de ácido sulfúrico, amónia e uréia, em que amónia livre e/ou na forma de carbamato para ser decomposta a partir da produção de uréia, reage com ácido sulfúrico sem decompor substancialmente a uréia na corrente do processo, onde depois uréia e sulfato de amónio (AS) são misturados e particulados. O ponto de integração da produção de sulfato de amónio no processo de produção de uréia é escolhido de acordo com a composição do produto desejado. A reação é executada num reator tubular onde a cabeça do reator intensifica a reação química entre ácido sulfúrico e amónia e a solução de uréia envolve a formação de sulfato de amónio.
