Abstract

PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO PARA PRODUçãO DE URéIA. A presente invenção se refere a um processo para produção de uréia a partir de amónia e dióxido de carbono, cujo processo é estabelecido para reagir a uma predeterminada alta pressão, em um adequado reator de síntese (112), em que a partir da reação entre NH3 e CO2 se obtém uma mistura reacional compreendendo uréia, carbamato de amónio e amónia livre em solução aquosa, a partir da qual é realizada uma recuperação de carbamato de amónio e amónia, com subseqúente reciclo ao reator de síntese (112), a dita recuperação da mistura reacional ocorrendo através de etapas operacionais de decomposição do carbamato de amónio em NH~ 3~ e CO~ 2~ e da sua extração e seguinte etapa operacional de sua re-condensação em carbamato de amónio, o qual é reciclado ao reator de síntese, a dita mistura reacional obtida da reação entre amónia e dióxido de carbono sendo bombeada para as etapas operacionais de decomposição e extração.
