Abstract

В заявке описан способ получения мочевины из аммиака и диоксида углерода, при использовании которого часть водного раствора, содержащего мочевину, карбамат аммония и аммиак, полученного в секции синтеза мочевины, подвергают диссоциации в секции обработки, которая работает при заданном среднем давлении, с целью изъятия карбамата аммония и аммиака, которые содержатся в нем, включает стадию разложения водного раствора мочевины, полученного на вышеупомянутой стадии диссоциации, в секции изъятия мочевины при низком давлении. Также изобретение касается установки получения аммиака и способа реконструкции ранее смонтированной установки.
