Abstract

Oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer en metode for den kombinerte produksjon av (i) kunstgjødsel selektert fra gruppen bestående av ammoniumnitrat, ammoniumfosfater eller en kombinasjon derav, (ii) en konsentrert strøm av CO2 ved hjelp av en indirekte nøytralisering av ammoniakk med en syre selektert fra gruppen bestående av salpetersyre, fosforsyre eller et salt derav, og en kombinasjon derav; idet den nevnte metode omfatter: (I) et karbonatprodukt omsettes med et reagens selektert fra gruppen bestående av salpetersyre, fosforsyre, et salt derav, og en blanding derav til å danne CO2, og en kunstgjødsel inneholdende en ammoniakkomponent; og (II) i det minste en del av nevnte karbondioksid separeres fra nevnte kunstgjødsel i en kondensert og forholdsvis konsentrert strøm.
