Abstract

DISPOSIçãO E MéTODO PARA CáLCULO DA ALTURA DE CHASSI EM UM VEìCULO A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo para cálculo da altura de chassi de um veículo que possui pelo menos três eixos de roda suspensos a ar (2, 3, 4), em que o dispositivo compreende uma unidade de controle e dois sensores de nível (9, 10), a unidade de controle detecta a altura de chassi no eixo dianteiro (2) por intermédio de um primeiro sensor de nível (9) e a altura de chassi no eixo traseiro anterior (3) por intermédio de um segundo sensor de nível (10). Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido dispositivo inclui uma unidade de controle que calcula a altura de chassi no eixo de roda traseiro posterior (ou último eixo de roda traseiro) (4) A presente invenção adicionalmente se refere a um método para cálculo da altura de chassi de um veículo que possuí pelo menos três eixos de roda. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido método compreende as etapas de detecção da altura de chassi no eixo de roda anterior (ou primeiro eixo de roda) de veículo por intermédio de um detector; de detecção da altura de chassi no eixo de roda traseiro anterior de veículo por intermédio de um detector; e de cálculo da altura de chassi no eixo de roda traseiro posterior de veículo (ou último eixo de roda traseiro) O objetivo da presente invenção é proteger a instalação de eixo traseiro com tão poucos sensores de nível quanto possível.
