Abstract
MéTODO PARA DETECTAR ncRNA é descrito um novo método para a detecção de moléculas de ncRNA. O método divulgado é especialmente útil para a detecção de miRNA e siRNA. O método pode ser usado para gerar um perfil das moléculas de ncRNA presentes em uma amostra. Além disso, usando os métodos da presente divulgação pode ser criada uma assinatura de ncRNA para uma dada doença ou condição. A assinatura de ncRNA pode ser usada para finalidades diagnósticas, finalidades terapêuticas e finalidade de descobrimento de drogas, assim como para outros usos.
