Abstract

CULTURA BACTERIANA DE áCIDO LáTICO, CONGELADA, EM PéLETES INDIVUDUAIS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma cultura de bactérias do ácido lático (LAB) congelada, em uma embalagem comercialmente relevante que tem um peso de pelo menos 50 g de material congelado, onde o material congelado está presente na forma de péletes indivuduais, distinguida pelo fato de que, quando estocada a -<198>C por 7 a 14 dias, os péletes individuais da cultura congelada não estão grudados entre si, e portanto, permanecem substancialmente como pélestes individuais.
