Abstract

CENTR FUGA DE JATO LIVRE PARA A PURIFICAçãO DO óLEO LUBRIFICANTE DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma centrifúga de jato livre(1) para a purificação de óleo lubrificante, com uma caixa (10) possuindo uma tampa (14) destacável, com um rotor (2) disposto de modo girável na caixa (10), e com canais para trazer o óleo lubrificante a ser purifucado e para retirar o óleo lubrificante purificado, sendo que o rotor (2) é executado em duas partes com uma câmera de acionamento (3) e uma câmera coletora de impurezas (4) que respectivamente podem ser atravessadas por um fluxo parcial de óleo lubrificante, e que são executadas com elementos de transmissão de toque (6), que podem engatar e desengatar , sendo que a câmera coletora de impurezas (4) pode ser separada da cãmara de acionamento (3), e sendo que são previstos elementos que servem para impedir ou limitar a mobilidade axial da câmera coletora de impureza (4) em relação à câmara de acionamento (3), e que se tornam sem efeito ou destacável quando a tampa (14) estives retirada. A centrífuga de jato livre (1) de acordo com a presente invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que a câmara de acionamento(3) se estende de baixo para cima dentro da câmara coletora de impurezas (4) ou atravessa esta, qua câmera de acionamento (3) compreende todos os componentes que servem para o apoio giratório do rotor (2), e que a câmara de acionamento (3) é apoiada de modo protegido contra retirada axial quando a tampa (14) estiver aberta.
