Abstract

MICROORGANISMO, VETOR E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE L-AMINOáCIDOS A PARTIR DE D-AMINOáCIDOS. A presente invenção refere-se a microorganismos recombinantes, que em relação ao organismo de partida apresentam aumentada concentração ou atividade de uma oxidase de aminoácido D, de uma desidrogenase de aminoácido, de uma enzima regeneradora de co-substrato NADH e eventualmente de uma catalase e a um processo para preparação de aminoácidos L a partir de aminoácidos D com emprego destes micoorganismos.
