Abstract
"EQUIPAMENTO DE FABRICAçãO DE FERROS COMPACTADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para a fabricação de ferros compactados e um aparelho para a fabricação de ferros fundidos utilizando o mesmo. O aparelho para a fabricação de ferros compactados de acordo com a presente invenção inclui uma tremonha de carga, em que são carregados materiais reduzidos que contêm ferros reduzidos finos, alimentadores de parafuso, instalados no interior da tremonha de carga formando um ângulo agudo com a direção vertical e para descarregar os materiais reduzidos contendo ferros reduzidos finos que entram na tremonha de carga, e um par de cilindros, separados entre si de modo a formar um espaço entre os cilindros. O par de cilindros compacta os materiais reduzidos que contêm ferros reduzidos finos descarregados da tremonha de carga pelos alimentadores de parafuso e produz ferros compactados. Cada alimentador de parafuso é disposto lado a lado ao longo de uma direção axial do par de cilindros e uma extensão do eixo central de cada alimentador em rosca passa através do intervalo.
