Claims (8)
- 분환원철 함유 환원체를 압축하여 괴성체를 제조하는 한 쌍의 롤(roll),상기 한 쌍의 롤 주위를 감싸는 롤 케이싱(roll casing), 및상기 롤과 이격되고 상기 롤의 길이 방향으로 상기 롤 케이싱 내측간을 연결하도록 설치되어 상기 롤 표면에 부착된 괴성체를 떼어내는 스크래퍼(scraper)를 포함하는 괴성체 제조 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 스크래퍼는 상기 롤의 하부에 설치되는 괴성체 제조 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 떼어낸 괴성체와 인접하는 상기 스크래퍼의 제1면은, 상기 롤의 표면에 대향하는 상기 스크래퍼의 제2면과 예각을 이루는 괴성체 제조 장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 예각은 30° 내지 60°인 괴성체 제조 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 스크래퍼와 상기 롤간의 이격 거리는 상기 한 쌍의 롤 사이의 간격 이 하인 괴성체 제조 장치.
- 제5항에서,상기 스크래퍼와 상기 롤간의 이격 거리는 2mm 내지 4mm인 괴성체 제조 장치.
- 제1항에 따른 괴성체 제조 장치,상기 괴성체 제조 장치로부터 배출되는 괴성체를 파쇄하는 파쇄기, 및상기 파쇄기에서 파쇄한 상기 괴성체를 장입하여 융용하는 용융가스화로를 포함하는 용철제조장치.
- 제7항에서,괴탄 및 성형탄 중 적어도 하나를 상기 융융가스화로에 공급하는 용철제조장치.
